1997

Goutte d’Eau-A Child Support Network (GEcsn) begins operating in Neak Loeung, Cambodia

1999

GEcsn is asked by government officials to replicate the Neak Loeung project in Poipet to combat human trafficking.

2001

The project site in Neak Loeung becomes localized and officially registered as a Cambodian NGO under the name Damnok Toek Cambodia.

2003

The project in Poipet is officially registered with the Ministry of Interior as a local NGO under the name Damnok Toek Poipet.

2003

Damnok Toek and GEcsn open a care center for children with disabilities in Phnom Penh

2013

Damnok Toek Cambodia and Damnok Toek Poipet merge into one entity under the name Damnok Toek (Goutte d’Eau).

2017

Damnok Toek and GEcsn open a new center for adults with disbilities in Kep

2018

Damnok Toek and GEcsn move the children’s disability program from Phnom Penh to Neak Loeung to include both alternative and rehabilitative care.
